Pina Colada Smoothie


Ingredients:
1 cup (240ml) frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup (120ml) coconut milk
1 medium banana
¼ cup (60ml) coconut flakes
1 tablespoon (15ml) veggie protein powder (optional)

Ingredients:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.Serve cold.Enjoy!
