Try This Amazing Spicy-Watermelon Recipe From Chef Jeff

All you have to do is remove the cheese to make this delicious recipe plant-based. If you don't want to remove the cheese and still stay healthy, try replacing it with any type of vegan cheese that suits you best. Time to start slicing!

Ingredients:
  • Fresh Watermelon
  • Mexican Cheese
  • Mint 
  • Crystal Hot Sauce

Directions: 

  1. Peel watermelon and cut into chunks
  2. Mix hot sauce and watermelon chunks in a bowl
  3. Add crumbles of Mexican Cheese and mint for garnish
